Haryana Land purchase case: Priyanka Gandhi Vadra’s name in ED charge sheet
For the first time, the name of Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has been included in the ED charge sheet in the alleged purchase of five acres of land in Haryana. Priyanka’s husband and businessman Robert Vadra is also included in this charge sheet. However, none of them have been listed as “accused”.
The ED charge sheet was filed against an NRI businessman CC Thampi and Indian-origin British citizen Sumit Chadha. The ED believes that they helped fugitive arms dealer Sanjay Bhandari, who is accused of violating laws as well as the Official Secrets Act.
