Liquor policy case: Arvind Kejriwal sent to ED custody till April 1

New Delhi: After the arrest of the ED in the Delhi Liquor Policy Scam case, Arvind Kejriwal’s remand was ending today. Arvind Kejriwal had reached the Rouse Avenue Court for the appearance where the court extended his remand.

The court has sent CM Kejriwal to ED remand till April 1. The investigating agency sought a 7-day remand.

On behalf of the ED, ASG SV Raju and special counsel Zoheb Hossain appeared through VC.

Senior advocate Ramesh Gupta appeared in the court on behalf of Kejriwal. Elaborate security arrangements were made by the Delhi Police for the appearance of the Chief Minister of Delhi.
