In the full bench of the High Court, Justice A.G. Justice Masih, Justice Tejinder Singh Dhindsa and Justice Ritu Bahri and Justice Tajinder Singh Dhindsa are retiring on Friday.
In such a situation, now another senior judge of the High Court will be included in this full bench in his place. It is certain that the next hearing will now be held on March 29 in the newly constituted full bench.
Now the high court can decide on the next hearing how to assess the damage caused to public and private property during these riots.
The high court has been suggested to create either a separate tribunal headed by a sessions judge for each district or a tribunal headed by a retired high court judge.
The high court will now decide on the next date of hearing. The high court has said that damage to property during the riots can be compensated from the dera.
