Supreme Court allows 14-year-old rape victim to undergo abortion

New Delhi: The Supreme Court has allowed a 14-year-old alleged rape victim to undergo an abortion for about 30 weeks.

The court set aside the Bombay High Court order dismissing the minor rape victim’s plea seeking permission to undergo medical abortion.
