CM Mann says Punjab roads to be made toll-free

Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann attended a state-level function of Baba Vishwakarma near Bhagwant Singh Mann Millerganj here on Tuesday. 

During the event, CM Mann said that major steps to make Punjab roads tax free will be taken in the coming time. Ladowal and Shambhu toll plazas are also now under the government’s lense. 

Ladowal toll plaza is built on the banks of the Sutlej River. People have to pay toll here under compulsion. While paying toll or going through any other route is alternative according to the international toll policy. In the coming time, many big decisions will be taken so that people can get relief. 

CM said that all previous policies will be reviewed and action will be taken against violators.
