IPL match at PCA’s International Stadium today: Match between Delhi and Punjab

Chandigarh: The IPL match between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals is scheduled to be played today (Saturday) at the Yadvinder Singh International Cricket Stadium of the Punjab Cricket Association.

Tickets for all classes have been sold out for the match. Punjab Kings will kick off the new IPL season with a match against Delhi Capitals. The match starts at 3:30 PM IST. Both teams have also practiced on the ground in preparation.

Regarding Rishabh Pant’s return as captain and the team’s preparation, he said that Delhi Capitals are playing under the leadership of head coach Ricky Ponting. It is exciting for every player to participate in the IPL.

Ricky Ponting said that the captain’s return to the team is significant. The captain is the heartbeat of the team’s franchise, and his return will greatly strengthen the team.

“The team underwent a week of training before arriving here. When I saw Rishabh Pant practicing there, it was evident that he has truly returned,” he said.
