Those Sikhs raising voice for panth, Akal Takht will stand by them, says Jathedar

Talwandi Sabo: Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib Giani Harpreet Singh on Friday addressed the gathering being held at Takht Sri Damdama Sahib.

In his address, he said that if any Sikh in the world raises his voice in favor of Sikhism, weather anyone will stand with him or not, but the Akal Takht Sahib will definitely stand.
During this time, he also warned the media against presenting fake news, news that tarnishes the image of Sikhs. He said the atmosphere in Punjab was peaceful but there was a deliberate attempt to vitiate it.
He appealed to the devotees to come in large numbers on the day of Baisakhi and join the celebrations. Journalists from various institutions from Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh also spoke from the dais and expressed concern over the prevailing atmosphere.
