Chandigarh: Punjabi singer Gur Sidhu’s father, Sukhbir Singh Sidhu, passed away last night after suffering a cardiac arrest. He was the sarpanch of Chak Fateh Singh Wala village in Punjab.
The news was confirmed by Bhucho Mandi MLA Master Jagseer Singh through a social media post, in which he expressed condolences and prayed for strength for the bereaved family.
Sukhbir Singh Sidhu’s sudden demise has left the Punjabi music industry and residents of his village in mourning.
