ED attaches properties worth Rs 58 lakh of Ludhiana-based travel agent

Chandigarh: Property worth Rs 58 lakh of a Ludhiana-based travel agent has been attached in connection with an alleged cheating of people to get work permit visas of different countries, police said. 
    The Enforcement Directorate (ED) said in a statement that some commercial properties of travel agent Nitish Ghai have been attached under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). 
Several FIRs were registered by the Punjab Police against Ghai and a few others in connection with the money laundering case. The ED alleged that the travel agent is accused of duping people in the name of granting work permit visas to different countries.
