ED questioning Kejriwal at CM’s residence, AAP approaches Supreme Court

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Thursday dismissed CM Arvind Kejriwal’s plea to avoid the arrest of the ED in the Delhi Liquor Policy Case. Shortly after this, the Enforcement Directorate team has reached Kejriwal’s residence with a search warrant.

It is being told that 12 ED officials have reached CM House. Kejriwal is being questioned after his house was searched. The CM is being questioned under Section 50 of the PMLA Act. The Aam Aadmi Party has approached the Supreme Court in this matter.

According to ED sources, Kejriwal can be arrested today itself. In the liquor policy case of Delhi, the ED has sent 9 summons to Arvind Kejriwal so far, but he did not appear before the ED even once.

Kejriwal had challenged the 9th summons in the Delhi High Court seeking protection from arrest.
