Paper leak case: CBI registers FIR against Mohali-based business institute GJIMT
Chandigarh: The Central Bureau of Investigation has registered an FIR in connection with the AIIMS nursing recruitment exam paper leak case. The central agency has registered a case against Mohali-based Gian Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology and a person named Ritu in connection with the alleged paper leak, they said.
The Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET-4) was conducted for the appointment of nursing officers in all aiims institutes and four other hospitals in Delhi.
According to officials, screenshots of the paper surfaced on social media on the day of the exam, triggering speculation that the question paper was leaked.
He said the analysis of the screenshots had revealed the “console (electronic device)” of a candidate named Ritu, which was allotted from the examination centre at Gyan Jyoti Institute of Management and Technology.
