STF looking for sacked AIG Rajjeet at religious places, anticipatory bail plea to be heard this week

Punjab News:  Sacked AIG Rajjit Singh has been underground for four months to avoid jail in a multi-crore drug smuggling case in Punjab. Now the Special Task Force (STF) has started a new strategy to control Rajjit Singh.
On Thursday, STF teams went to several religious places and searched for Rajjit, but could not find any trace of him. At the same time, Rajjit Singh has filed an anticipatory bail petition in the district court to avoid the arrest. The matter will come up for hearing this week. However, the STF is trying to control him before that.
    Police raided in 600 places
The STF has raided more than 600 places in search of Rajjit Singh in the last several months. This includes everything from his house in Mohali to his relatives. STF teams have come to the places where they have done their jobs. But there is no trace of him.
At the same time, STF suspects that he may be at any religious place. In such a situation, STF went to many places in civil dress. At the same time, some religious places where he is suspected to have come, permanent employees in civil dress have been deployed, who are sharing every information with the government, sources said.
