Asaram can’t come out of jail even after getting bail, know what is the whole matter
New Delhi: Asaram and another accused were accused of producing false documents in the Supreme Court. Asaram was a co-accused in the case. The main accused Ravi has already been granted bail. A bench of Justice Kuldeep Mathur of the Rajasthan High Court granted bail to Asaram. Nilkamal Bohra and Gokulesh Bohra represented Asaram during the hearing. Asaram will no longer be able to come out due to conviction in other cases.
Advocate Ravi Rai Vege had filed a petition in the supreme court seeking bail for Asaram. He produced a medical certificate of the dispensary of Jodhpur Central Jail in the Supreme Court, which turned out to be fake.
In 2017, on the orders of the Supreme Court, a case was registered against advocate Ravi Rai Vez at Ratandana police station. Asaram was also named as an accused in it.
Ravi Rai has already been granted bail in the case. But Asaram has now got bail from the high court in the case. But this is no relief for Asaram as he is an accused in several cases. Due to which Asaram will have to remain in jail.
