Christian Community files complaint against Bageshwar Baba in Punjab, seeks apology for hurting their religious sentiments 

Amritsar News: Dhirendra Shastri of Bageshwar Dham, who arrived on a tour of Punjab, has again been embroiled in controversy. There have been demands to register a case against him. Dhirendra Shastri stayed in Pathankot for three days. 
       Meanwhile, the Christian community has objected to his statement. In Gurdaspur, Punjab, members of the Christian community expressed displeasure over the statement of Bageshwar Dham chief Dhirendra Shastri. 
        Members of the Christian community gathered at the SSP office in Gurdaspur to protest against his remarks. They demanded registration of a case against Dhirendra Shastri and submitted their memorandum. 
They said that Dhirendra Shastri has hurt the religious sentiments of the people of the Christian community. They  warned that if he did not apologise to the Christian community soon, they would launch a sit-in against them and burn their effigies at various places.
