Delhi High Court refuses to grant relief to Arvind Kejriwal, seeks response from ED by April 2

New Delhi: In the Delhi Excise Policy Case, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has not got relief from the High Court. Kejriwal had challenged his arrest and remand decision in the Delhi High Court, but the court did not give him any relief. The matter will now be heard on April 3.

The court has asked the ED to file a reply by April 2. Kejriwal’s ED custody ends on March 28. In such a situation, the ED will present Kejriwal in Rouse Avenue Court on Thursday. A PIL seeking removal of Kejriwal from the post of Chief Minister will be heard in the Delhi High Court on Thursday.
