Chandigarh: A case of explosion outside the court complex in Ludhiana has come to light.
According to the information received, the explosion took place when the sanitation worker was setting fire to a pile of garbage.
It is being told that there was chemical substance in the pile of garbage. One person was injured in the blast. The police, who reached the spot, are currently investigating.
