Chandigarh: Tight security arrangements have been made for the Haryana School Education Board’s compartment examinations, which will begin tomorrow across the state. The exams will be held from July 4 to July 14 at 65 centres, with timings from 2 pm to 5 pm.
According to the board, 27,636 students, including 6,750 boys and 4,044 girls, will appear for the examinations. To maintain the sanctity of the exams, the board has formed 27 flying squads and appointed full-time observers at all centres under the supervision of Chairman Dr. Pawan Kumar.
Section 144 will remain in force around all examination centres during the examination period. Additionally, photostat shops and coaching centres located within 500 metres of the centres will remain closed to prevent any unfair practices.
