Chandigarh: A local court has sentenced Shahbaaz Singh Sohi, husband of Anmol Gagan Mann, along with two others, to two years of imprisonment in a cheque bounce case.
The court also imposed a fine of ₹10,000 on each of the accused. The other convicted individuals have been identified as Jatinder Singh and Nachhatar Singh.
The judgement was delivered by Chief Judicial Magistrate Preneet Kaur after the case was heard over a period of more than seven years.
All three convicts were granted bail on the spot following the sentencing.
