Vijay says public welfare is top priority

New political chapter begins in Tamil Nadu
Vijay recently took oath as chief minister after his party, Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), emerged as a major force in the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.
His swearing-in marked a major political shift in the state, ending decades of dominance by the Dravidian majors.
