New Delhi: Ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s eight-day five-nation tour starting tomorrow, the Congress has criticised him, accusing the prime minister of “running away” from issues facing the country.
The party claimed that India suffered losses in the first two days of ‘Operation Sindoor’ due to decisions taken by the prime minister.
Congress general secretary Jairam Ramesh, in a post on X, described the prime minister’s visit as “tourism” and questioned the timing of the foreign tour when the country is dealing with critical issues.
