Ludhiana: A wanted criminal was shot dead in Ludhiana on Wednesday afternoon when two scooter-borne assailants opened fire at him in a public park, police said.
The incident occurred at Green Park in the Jamalpur area, where the victim had reportedly come for a walk. Police said the attackers fired at close range, hitting him in the head, leading to his death on the spot. Two women were reportedly present with the victim at the time of the shooting.
