Chandigarh: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) on Wednesday officially declared the Class 12 annual examination results for 2026.
Board chairman Dr Amarpal Singh said girl students once again dominated the merit list this year.
Remarkably, all three top-ranking students scored a perfect 500 out of 500 marks.
Supneet Kaur secures first position
Supneet Kaur secured the first position in the state.
Apart from excelling academically, she is also a shooting player and has won medals at the national level.
Suhani Chauhan ranks second
Suhani Chauhan secured the second position in the merit list.
She is a baseball player and has previously secured second place at the Punjab state level in the sport.
Divanshi bags third position
Divanshi claimed the third position in the state merit list.
She is a softball player and has secured first position at the state level in sports competitions.
The results once again highlighted the strong academic performance of girl students across Punjab, with toppers also excelling in sports alongside academics.
