Jamnagar: The Special Investigation Team (SIT) appointed by the Supreme Court to probe the Vantara cases has given a clean chit to the Zoological Rescue and Rehabilitation Centre in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
A bench of Justices Pankaj Mittal and P B Warale took the report on record on Monday and noted that authorities were satisfied with the compliance and regulatory measures at Vantara.
The SIT’s report was submitted on Friday and examined by the apex court today. The bench said a detailed order will be issued after it goes through the findings.
