New Delhi: Pakistan registered a commanding 191-run victory over India in the final of the Under-19 Asia Cup on Sunday, delivering a dominant all-round performance.
Batting first, Pakistan Under-19 cricket team piled up a massive 347 for eight in their 50 overs. Sameer Minhas starred with a blistering 172 off 113 balls, anchoring the innings and accelerating at key moments.
He shared a 92-run stand with Usman Khan and later added a 137-run partnership with Ahmed Hussain to propel Pakistan to a formidable total.
Chasing 348 for the title, India Under-19 cricket team faltered early and were bowled out for 156 in 26.2 overs, handing Pakistan a comprehensive win and the championship.
