Chandigarh: A 43-year-old woman was found murdered inside her home in Faridkot on Monday while she was alone in the house. Police have launched an investigation and are examining all possible angles behind the crime.
The deceased has been identified as Neetu Kalra, a resident of Mohalla Jania. According to police, the incident came to light when her husband, Pradeep Kalra, a government school teacher, returned home after duty and found her lying in a pool of blood.
Pradeep Kalra told police that he had left for school in the morning while their two children also went to school, leaving Neetu alone at home.
