Jalandhar News: In a special ceremony held at Jalandhar Police Lines today, Commissioner of Police Smt. Dhanpreet Kaur honored 18 police officers for their exceptional contribution to the ongoing “Yudh Nashian Virudh” campaign. Each officer was presented with a CC-1 certificate along with a total cash reward of ₹1.46 lakh. The awardees included 2 Sub-Inspectors and 16 Assistant Sub-Inspectors.
Commending their efforts, CP Jalandhar said, “The dedication, honesty, and courage displayed by these officers have played a pivotal role in our fight against drugs. Their hard work is truly commendable and further strengthens Jalandhar Police’s commitment to building a drug-free society.”
The event was also graced by DCP (Investigation) Sh. Manpreet Singh Dhillon and ADCP Headquarters Sh. Sukhwinder Singh, who applauded the awardees for their outstanding service and encouraged them to continue upholding the highest standards of policing in the future.
